Does my pet get all the nutrition with your subscription?+
Yes — we've achieved the recommended levels of nutrition as per BIS and AAFCO standards, meaning you don't need any supplements additionally.
How are the recipes put together?+
We've created our recipes together with a renowned veterinary surgeon, making sure every meal is backed by real expertise.
Can I feed your meals daily, long term?+
Absolutely. We don't add preservatives or artificial agents — which is exactly why we deliver weekly. It's just healthy, nutritious, home-style food.
What is the pre-mix and why is it needed?+
The standards set by BIS and AAFCO are high, and home-cooked meals alone can't always reach them. The pre-mix simply ensures nothing's missing nutritionally.
Is the food human-grade?+
Yes. We don't buy waste — we source meat and vegetables we'd eat ourselves, cooked in the most hygienic conditions.
How do I store and serve the food?+
Food arrives via cold-chain delivery — refrigerate portions immediately. Take a portion out two hours before serving (or microwave it) and empty directly into the bowl.
How long does the food last?+
Packs last up to 7 days unopened and refrigerated. That's why we deliver weekly — to keep things genuinely fresh and home-cooked.
How is this better than other brands?+
Most brands use fillers to bulk up portions, which leaves them nutritionally incomplete — leading to low energy, dull coats and weight gain over time. With the right quantity and nutrition, we serve complete dog food.
Why is it expensive?+
It may feel that way since you're paying up front for the month. Broken down, we offer quality food at roughly half the price of off-the-shelf premium products.
